Burner
Whichpan sizes fit this burner?
The 16-inch burner is compatible with pans from 10 to 20 inches. Paella pans, woks, cast iron grills, and pots.
Howmany burner rings does it have?
The 16-inch model is a dual-ring burner with two independent rings
What type of propane tank does it use?
It runs on a standard refillable propane tank (the common 20 lb / 5-gallon type used for grills in the US). The propane tank itself is not included, you connect your own via the supplied hose and regulator
Is the regulator included?
Yes. The burner ships with the table-top stand, gas hose, and regulator included, ready to use out of the box.
Is it for outdoor use only?
Use it outdoors or in a very well-ventilated space only, never in an enclosed room.
What is the BTU or kW output?
16-inch tabletop burner delivers 11.4 kW (39,000 BTU)
Can each ring be controlled separately?
Yes, each ring has its own separate gas control knob for independent temperature management.

Is it induction compatible?
The enameled carbon steel pans are not induction cooktop compatible. Paelluxe's tri-ply stainless steel line is induction safe, choose stainless if you cook on induction
Is it oven-safe?
Yes. The enameled pan is safe for stovetop, grill, paella burner, and oven use, even directly over an outdoor fire. The stainless line is also oven safe.
How should it be cleaned?
The non-stick enamel surface cleans easily; the pans are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to keep them in best condition. The stainless-steel pans are dishwasher safe as well.
Does it require seasoning?
No. Unlike raw carbon steel paelleras, the enamel coating makes the pan rust-free with no seasoning needed, and the stainless-steel line is explicitly rust-free with no seasoning required.
Are handle covers included?
Yes, each pan comes with a pair of silicone handle holders for a safe, comfortable grip.

Is the propane tank included?
No, the propane gas tank is not included in any set.
How long does assembly take?
Just set up the stand and connect the gas hose with the regulator, with step-by-step visual instructions provided. Most buyers report it takes about 10–15 minutes.

Which set size should I choose?
Go by headcount: the 18" set serves upto 12 people, the 22" set serves 16, and the 24" set serves 20. Forsmaller households that still want flexibility, the 18" is the sweet spot;for parties and events, the 22" or 24"
Is a cover included?
Yes, every complete set includes a weather-resistant/waterproof outdoor cover for the burner and stand, which also makes cleanup and storage easier.
