Thank you for shopping with Paelluxe! We want to get your paella cookware to you quickly and safely so you can start cooking. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. Please note that deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories may experience longer transit times, and some oversized items may not be eligible for delivery to these locations.
At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses for most of our products due to their size and weight. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Fulfillment & Packaging
Paelluxe orders are fulfilled through Amazon's world-class fulfillment network to ensure fast, reliable delivery. This means:
- Your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. Don't worry — your genuine Paelluxe product is inside!
- Your package may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.
- If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on www.paelluxe.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order before it has shipped. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at hola@paelluxe.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Delayed packages: If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, and around your delivery area (porches, garages, mailrooms). If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, contact us at hola@paelluxe.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Paelluxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
